A) Methods of Processing
This document has been drafted in accordance with Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: "Regulation") to allow you to understand our privacy policy. It describes the general methods of processing personal data of website users and cookies, and how your personal information is managed when you use our website (hereinafter "Site"). The information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired as part of the use of PUGLIAUNIQUEXPERIENCE.COM services - such as purchases, newsletters, etc. (hereinafter "Services") - will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activities of PUGLIAUNIQUEXPERIENCE.COM. B) Types of Data
Following the navigation of the Site, we inform you that PUGLIAUNIQUEXPERIENCE.COM will process personal data (art. 4(1) of the Regulation) hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data". In particular, the Personal Data processed through the Site are as follows:

Browsing Data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, during their normal operation, certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are pieces of information that are not collected to be associated with identified individuals, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment. This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information about the use of the Site and to ensure its proper functioning (see below the paragraph on cookies), to identify anomalies and/or abuses, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used by the competent authorities to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

C) Purposes of Processing and Legal Bases
The processing of personal data that we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes: Enable the provision of the Site's Services.
The legal basis for the processing is the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation), as the processing is necessary for the provision of the Service. The provision of Personal Data for these purposes is optional, but failure to provide them would result in the inability to activate the Services provided by the Site. The data collected is intended to provide a better service and to provide useful and interesting commercial information. The consent provided also includes the possibility of being filmed and photographed during certain tours in order to collect material for commercial and social use. Pursuant to Articles 15 and following of the Regulation, you have the right to request from PUGLIAUNIQUEXPERIENCE.COM, at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or erasure of such data, or to object to their processing. You also have the right to request the restriction of processing in cases provided for by Article 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, the data concerning you, in cases provided for by Article 20 of the Regulation.

In any case, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to current legislation.

This privacy policy has been in effect since 23/5/2018. PUGLIAUNIQUEXPERIENCE.COM reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, in part or in full, also due to changes in applicable regulations. COOKIE POLICY
Definitions, characteristics, and application of regulations
Cookies are small text files that websites visited by the user send and record on their computer or mobile device, to be then transmitted back to the same sites upon subsequent visits. Thanks to cookies, a website remembers the user's actions and preferences (such as login data, chosen language, font sizes, other display settings, etc.) so that they do not have to be entered again when the user returns to visit the same site or navigates from one page to another. During navigation on a site, the user may also receive cookies on their computer from sites or web servers different from the one they are visiting (so-called "third-party cookies"). Some operations may not be carried out without the use of cookies, which in certain cases are therefore technically necessary for the proper functioning of the site.
There are various types of cookies, depending on their characteristics and functions, and these can remain on the user's computer for different periods of time: so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; so-called persistent cookies, which remain on the user's device until a predetermined expiration date.
According to current regulations in Italy, the use of cookies does not always require explicit user consent. In particular, "technical cookies" do not require such consent. These are cookies used solely to transmit communications over an electronic communications network or are strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. In other words, they are cookies essential for the functioning of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user.
Among the technical cookies, which do not require explicit consent for their use, the Italian Data Protection Authority (see Provision for the Identification of Simplified Methods for Providing Information and Obtaining Consent for the Use of Cookies dated May 8, 2014, and subsequent clarifications, hereinafter referred to as "Provision") also includes:
- The "analytics cookies," when used directly by the website operator to collect information in aggregated form about the number of users and how they visit the site itself.
- The "navigation or session cookies" (for authentication purposes).
- The "functionality cookies," which allow the user to navigate based on a series of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided to them.
For "profiling cookies," on the other hand, those aimed at creating user profiles and used to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user during online browsing, prior consent of the user is required.

The tracking of data is carried out through the most common computer systems, which are:
